This Is My Transformation Story

For a long time, I lived in a body that didn’t feel like mine.

But inside, I felt tired, uncomfortable, and disappointed in myself.

Every Monday I promised I would change.
Every Friday I felt like I had failed again.

I tried diets.

I tried starting over more times than I can count.

But nothing ever lasted.

I was invited to join the My Gym Gorilla Project as a tester.

At first, I didn’t know what to expect.
But deep down, I hoped this time could be different.

And it was.

From the very beginning, I felt supported.
